Results are not verification or a guarantee

Searches, summaries, fit reviews, translations and Scout assistance can be incomplete, outdated, misattributed or generated incorrectly. A listed company is not an endorsement, a verified buyer or supplier, or evidence that it wants to be contacted. Source presence alone does not prove that a conclusion follows. Labels and scores are research signals, not legal, credit, investment, sanctions or due-diligence advice.

Check identity, current employment, contact details, product claims and commercial suitability against original sources before relying on a result. Treat inferred or uncertain information as unverified. No particular model brand, model version, result count or sales outcome is guaranteed.

Data sent for requested actions

Relevant queries, selected public evidence and the limited workspace context needed for an action can be sent to the configured OpenAI API service. The account does not automatically send a whole mailbox to AI. Private records remain subject to the DPA; provider retention and processing terms are described in the provider information. You must not submit prohibited sensitive information or use outputs for unlawful significant decisions about individuals.

Correction and human decisions

You choose whether to use a result, send a message or take a commercial action. Check suggested drafts before sending them. Report errors, source mismatches or objections to hello@magmaproductions.dev, identifying the disputed field and source. This notice does not remove our duty to provide the contracted service with reasonable care and skill.
