Acceptable use policy
Use B2B Trade Scout for lawful business research and communications. Customers remain responsible for their instructions and outreach.

Allowed and prohibited activity
Use lawful sources and verify important company and contact information. Do not send spam, deceptive messages or unlawful marketing; impersonate others; ignore objections or suppression requests; upload unlawfully obtained lists or malware; harvest sensitive or children's data; stalk, discriminate or conduct unlawful consequential profiling; or infringe privacy, intellectual-property and access rights.
Do not bypass source-site safeguards, access restrictions or technical controls; overload the service; resell access without agreement; share individual logins; or evade quotas through duplicate accounts or automation. Only access workspaces you are authorised to use.
Research and outreach
Public availability is not universal permission to contact a person. Check the law applicable to the recipient, channel and location; sole traders may have different protections from corporate recipients. Identify your sender and provide a usable opt-out where required. Maintain a minimal suppression record so an opted-out contact is not reimported for marketing. AI output and an exported contact do not override those obligations.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected abuse to hello@magmaproductions.dev, identifying the account, source and relevant event without unnecessary private data. We investigate proportionately and may remove material or restrict affected functions under the Terms. Where practicable, we explain the issue and permit a response. Urgent protective action may be immediate; mandatory rights and contractual refund remedies remain available.
